Class 1:
How to Identify Other People's DISC Style
In this class we will be covering how to quickly determine the behavior style of someone you are interacting with. Whether they are the Dominant, Influencer, Steady Relator, or Critical Thinker style, they have very unique attributes that they cannot help but reveal to you.
You will learn to recognize the tell-tale signs of each style:
The words and phrases with which each style chooses to communicate - The external characteristics of each style: Attire, Office Decor, Vehicle Choice, etc. - The differences in tempo and pace of conversation for each style - Recognizing DISC traits in email, voicemail, and other forms of communication
After one hour (and a little bit of practice) you will be a master at DISC categorizing and be ready to put it to use in your daily life.
Class 2:
Interpreting Your DISC Profile & Understanding Your Style
In this class we will go over your personal profile and make sure that you understand all the components of the report and where to look for insights and answers to your communication struggles.
You will learn about yourself and recognize the patterns that exist in your world - what is your style and how can you leverage your strengths and minimize the impact of your weaknesses.
Each participant will be able to understand what their "natural" DISC style is and why they have an "adjusted" style that they use to get through each day.
Class 3:
In this class we will apply our DISC skills and awareness to our internal worlds.
How does DISC determine if you are a great leader or not? How do you create a management strategy that will work with everyone? Or can you? Learn the Do's and Don'ts for each style.
You will learn why some people are considered "naturals" for certain jobs and why others tend to struggle. We will show you how to build a hiring profile so that you'll be able to assess/interview to find more qualified candidates. And most importantly, learn how to resolve conflict, manage change, and build a strong internal team that can handle anything!
Class 4:
In this class we will understand how the fundamentals of DISC can be used to develop bond & rapport with prospects and clients in seconds.
Have you ever noticed how a salesperson will act the same way for EVERY presentation they make?

We will develop 4 distinct flavors to help you close more business, effortlessly!
