New NLRB Regulations Create Additional Burdens
September 20, 2011
Susan Eckerly, NFIB VP of Public Policy, joins Mike Siegel on the Boss Business Brief to discuss new NLRB (National Labor Relations Board) regulations imposed on small businesses. The new regulations require new postings on employee rights to unionize, contact agencies and otherwise "improve" their work conditions without the pesky involvement of the employer.
The NFIB has sued to block the imposition of this new rule as it is a clearly exceeding the mandate of the NLRB.
Is this just more job killing nonsense?
