New Businesses

Those businesses that are operating as a sole proprietorship, general partnership or that are new, can sign up for the BOSS Business Credit Program. Boss will:
  • Form your entity by filing the articles of incorporation or certificates of formation, obtain an EIN, draft bylaws or an operating agreement, and assist in obtaining all required business licenses;
  • 1 year of access to a BOSS team of accountants, attorneys, planners and administrators to ensure your business is up to date and to draft all necessary meeting minutes or resolutions;
  • 1 year of access to the BOSS Online Business Credit Builder (Back Office);
  • 1 Year of Business Coaching to make sure you are getting the most out of the Back Office;
  • A formal Business Plan as required for applying to certain lenders;
  • Review of all financials and business formation paperwork;
  • Monthly updates and assistance to ensure maximum funding from lenders;
  • The option to continue on with monthly support after 1 year.
