As a BOSS Nevada Nexus client, you will have a bona fide business office, staffed 40 hours per week, along with phone answering/fax services and access to all of our facilities, including client offices and conference rooms.

Phone Answering Services

Our full-time reception staff will answer your company phone as "corporate offices" during regular business hours, at least 40 hours per week. Business Protection Plan Record Keeping Service

The Business Protection Plan (formerly CAP) was developed to take away the worry and frustration of maintaining your business records. maintaining proper records is a critical component of corporate compliance. This service functions as your corporate office assistant, memorializing your business decisions by drafting the appropriate resolutions and meeting minutes.

Mail Forwarding

At your Nevada office, we will receive and compile your business's mail and forward it to you promptly, at least once per week. We'll even screen out junk mail and solicitations, saving you time and money.

Registered Agent

The Registered Agent serves as your business's designated representative in the State of Nevada, authorized to receive any service of process for your business and any correspondence from the Secretary of State. As part of the BOSS Nevada Nexus Package, you will receive one year of complimentary Registered Agent services.
