Nominee Service - Take Advantage of Nevada's Privacy

Acorn's Officer Nominee Service is a service we provide to give you, the corporate officer, more privacy. Since the names and addresses on the Annual List of Officers and Directors (for a corporation) and the Annual List of General Partners (for a Limited Partnership) is public record, this service will give you another level of privacy. Using Acorn's Nominee Service keeps your name and address away from prying eyes, annoying solicitors, junk mail and anyone else who accesses the Secretary of State's database for various reasons, and sometimes those reasons are not for your benefit. Sometimes, the normal filing procedures of the Secretary of State simply do not move fast enough to accommodate occasional emergencies.
